The module LAN 8CH is an unmanaged LAN Switch with 8 LAN ports
(MAC units). By using an SPI interface can be modified the internal EEPROM,
so that the settings are permanently saved, such as Release, locking the
automatic crossover for plug-and-play, frame size up to 1916 bytes per frame,
broadcast storm protection, etc. The integrated Link control, by using DIP
switch, allows the selected LAN ports monitoring for manipulation, line breaks
or similar disturbances over wake up and in case of failure a potential free relay
contact alarm will trigger. In addition, this error with the ERR LED will display.
